Return & Refund Policy

When purchasing any of our clothing and accessories please shop carefully and ask questions prior to purchasing as all sales are considered final*. Please take advantage of our size guide and contact us with any sizing questions or additional photo requests. We are happy to answer any and all questions and aim to provide you with a wonderful shopping experience.

*48 HOUR EXCHANGE POLICY
While all sales are considered final, we will take into consideration exchanges/store credit for items grossly misrepresented. Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis and you must contact us within 48 hours of your order being delivered. This means within 2 days of your item being delivered, you must e-mail us to let us know if you have issues with your purchase. Past the 48 hours delivered window, exchanges/store credits are no longer considered.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial return.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Purchases made using a special promotion may be returned for store credit only minus a restock fee of 10%.

RETURN SHIPPING
Buyer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

SIZE GUIDE-

We know sizing can be confusing, as it varies greatly from era’s and designers. Please use the chart as a guide to ensure proper fit.

Still not sure?

Don’t worry, we have some tips:

-Take a garment that fits you well, similar to the one you are interested in, and measure it as follows-

Lay the item flat.

Bust - From underarm to underarm, then double the measurement.

Waist- At the waistband or smallest part of the garment, then double the measurement.

Hips- Find the widest part of the hip area , and double.

Length- From shoulder-top  to bottom of hemline. For pants and bottoms, from waist to hem.

Inseam- From crotch to bottom cuff.

Rise- From crotch to top of waistband.

Feel free to email us with specific questions about specific measurements that we may not have included that you need to know in order to feel confident about your purchase.  We can help you determine whether or not a garment will work for your body.

 Condition Guide -

Our designer clothing is vintage and pre-owned and all items are steam cleaned or dry cleaned. All garments have been inspected and flaws have been noted in the listings. Our goal to make sure that you know exactly what you are getting when you shop with us. However, when purchasing a previously owned item, please expect slight imperfections, as they are part of the history of vintage garments, as well as some wear on fabric, and perhaps an unfamiliar scent.

Here is a guide to what we mean when we say:

MINT - In “new”condition.  Appears unworn and may include original tags .

EXCELLENT - Very minor to no visible flaws found. The item may have been washed and worn, but appears well taken care of.

GREAT- The item doesn't appear as "crisp" as it would have been originally, but well taken care of with, perhaps, a minor flaw.

GOOD - A wonderful piece that definitely wearable, but might have a small hole repaired, a spot we were unable to remove, or a tear that is not in the seam but in an inconspicuous spot.

FAIR - When we sell garments in this category, it is mainly because they are from an important designer or rare pieces . They are generally fragile, and are meant to be used for study or display purposes.

For additional information on any piece, please contact us at NiCouture.query@gmail.com@gmail.com
